I make my turkey meatballs like this >   Ground turkey meat, chopped onion,egg, crumbled crackers, tomato sauce & any type of seasoning I choose.   Mix all together and make into little balls, Bake in the oven @ 350 until done.  I then let them cool, place them in a freeze bag and freeze. Take out a few and pop them in the microwave and you have a meal.

L: Imetabolic chocolate shake/ micro steamer veggies
S: 1/2 shake
D- I should be having just a shake but i think i might nibble on some shrimp *shifty look*
