What Are We Eating This Friday?

Hi! My band moved and was obstructing my stomach and nothing was going down and I was in a ton of pain!!! They did an emergency surgery to take it out! I am doing very well though... am actually going in for some plastic surgery on June 2nd! I can't wait!
You look AMAZING and are clearly doing awesome!!!

HI Nikki - Happy Friday!
B: Greek yogurt w/blueberries and 1/4 cup Kashi Go lean
S: Iced decaf coffee with Unjury protein
L: Chicken and broccoli
S: 2 Wheat thin flat breads with 1 wedge Laughing Cow light
D: Ground beef - either a hamburger or Nikki's Picadillo ( I haven't made this yet but have been dying to try it!) and Broccoli

L: Bean and Turkey chili w/ cheese
Making French baguettes, rye bread and whole wheat loaves tonight in class, so I know I'll only be able to have taste of each. I have a single serve pack of almonds to take with me in case Im starving before I make it home. Too many hours between lunch and dinner.
D: black bean burger w/ salsa and cheese

Lunch: Deli Sliced Meat w/ cheese -- Roll up dipped in mustard
Lunch: Qudoba - I get a salad or their gumbo w. chicken and a little black beans
Dinner: Usually head to Letys on Friday for Tacos.. I eat fish tacos but no tortilla (no chips and no margaritas!! had four yesterday for dinner... rough week ladies night!)
