D: Out to eat. I will make good choices
W: 50 min walk/run

B: Eggs and bacon (from hospital cafe....forgot my protein bar)
L: Not sure either! Something from hospital cafe......haven't looked at menu)
D: Either pizza  (topping only) or meatballs with spaghetti sauce

Well, I forgot my breakfast too!! Good thing I had a protein bar in my pocketbook.

S: iced decaf coffee with unjury protein powder
L: 1/2 low-carb wrap with chicken, brown rice, kidney beans and an apple
S: 2 Wheat thins flatbreads with 1 Laughing Cow light wedge
D: Chicken stroganoff and brussels sprouts

L: good thing I have a salmon cup and crackers in my desk!
S: Kashi Roll Caramel peanut bar...YUM! 12 g protein, 6 g fiber, 190 calories. Check 'em out!

NO work out for me today.  I am slightly injured.  My heel hurts.  Don't know if it means I need new shoes or if I have injured it.
