Well, I forgot my breakfast too!! Good thing I had a protein bar in my pocketbook.

L: 1/2 low-carb wrap with chicken, brown rice, kidney beans and an apple
S: 2 Wheat thins flatbreads with 1 Laughing Cow light wedge
D: Chicken stroganoff and brussels sprouts
