D:  Styrofoam smorgasboard ----ate out a bunch this week which means the fridge is FULL of leftovers in styrofoam boxes, so we're having this and that (hibachi chicken and shrimp, shepherd's pie, mexican shrimp and bacon and some carnitas)

B: Coffee w/ cream and popcorn I had at my desk....uh, not a great choice!
L: Chicken Thursday. We've started hitting this rotisserie place by work. I'll get 1/4 dark meat with black beans and veg.
D: Leftover lunch before class.

No snacks tonight. Having UGI and bloodwork tomorrow morning so hopefully I can finish out class and make it home and to bed with nothing else to eat or drink! Cant have anything after 10 and class isnt over until 1030-1045, then a 75 minute drive home.

L:  Turkey and swiss on a slice of pumpernickle
D:  Cauliflower "rice" with 3 ozs chicken and 1/2 cup refried beans

If you have not shredded the cauliflower and used it in a stirfry or spanish rice you are missing out on a super DELICIOUS and very very low calorie food.  It's so good.  It's my new favorite thing.  Shrinking Fat Guy shared it on here a couple weeks ago.

Experienced a leak in my port, and had no restriction for over 9 months. Had leak repair surgery on 1/31/11 and am back on my journey again! :)

Lunch: Frozen meal some edamane

Dinner: Still have left over taco meat, I might make something with that.. taco salad?

Snack: plum & yogurt.

Taking today off from the gym legs killing me... plus ran outof clean gym clothes LOL
