L: hamburger patty w/ cucumber slices
D: tilapia and scallops (pan fried in olive oil)

A small slice of cold stone cake with coffee ice cream and Heath bar covered in chocolate ganache.

Good Morning,

B - yogurt and sliced peaches
L - chicken with wild rice soup with crushed crackers
S - SF pudding
D - bowling league banquet tonight; the menu is chicken alfredo, salad, and dessert.  I'll probably try a little of each and a lot of alcohol :-).
W - Boot Camp Class this morning and a long walk at lunch

Lunch: Fresh & Easy Salad

Snack: Yogurt or plum

Dinner: Taco Salad leftovers or I might make a mexi-egg scramble w/leftover meat
