Thank you everyone!!! You are so sweet. Yes, it feel fantastic to not be recovering from surgery this year and it feels great to be down almost 90 lbs. YAHOO!

Tonight I'm going to be spinning my Poi. The light will be dim so hopefully you will get a good show with with the glow. I'm hopping they are covering up the windows to help with the effects. I'll get video up soon so you can see my skills in action LOL!

Afterwards they are having a little reception and B-day party. They decided to go with all healthy treats instead of cake and cookies. The teacher said she felt it was appropriate considering all I've been working towards. Yeah!

I pampered myself as much as I could yesterday.... took a vacation day from work.. got a manicure, pedicure and my eyebrows done... lunch with my DH at a Japanese place... then I had class where I treated myself to a small white chocolate mocha (I guess this was my birthday desert) and then met the DH at the local Mexican place and enjoyed a margarita.

You know the best part... I didn't feel guilty about a bit of it.  I was eating things I love on a special occasion but not OVEREATING them.  I had choc. chip pancake for breakfast... in the past that meant 2 PAN SIZED pancakes... yesterday, it was one medium pancake... it was DELICIOUS and I didn't feel like I had to eat any more to be happy.  The mocha before would have been VENTI... so I enjoyed every sip of the smaller version.  The amazing shrimp with bacon and onions dish at the Mexican restaurant was every bit of amazing and enjoyable only eating 1/5 of what was served on the plate.

I love LIVING with the band!

So enjoy your day Tiff, you deserve it (and 33 can't be too bad, I turned 32 and managed it just fine)
