D: Making the family grilled chicken pesto sandwiches on chibatta rolls, I'll have the chicken w. some sauteed mushrooms.
W: 50 mins cardio

L: side salad and some type of meat dish (waiting for the local cafeteria to upload today's menu to decide)

do you put the peanut butter in your oatmeal or just eat it separate? i have noticed a few people who put that they have oatmeal & pb and I was just wondering....:)

You mix in the one tablespoon .. I only use plain oatmeal ... and mix it in it's very good.

I mix in 1 tbsp of no sugar added PB from Trade Joes- crunchy is my perference, and then I add in 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder to a single packet of apple cin. low sugar oatmeal, then I add the least amount of ho****er to dissolve the protein and cook the oatmeal.  I like my oatmeal on the thicker side so it's not passing through the band so fast.
