What Are We Eating This Friday?
do you put the peanut butter in your oatmeal or just eat it separate? i have noticed a few people who put that they have oatmeal & pb and I was just wondering....:)

Experienced a leak in my port, and had no restriction for over 9 months. Had leak repair surgery on 1/31/11 and am back on my journey again! :)
I mix in 1 tbsp of no sugar added PB from Trade Joes- crunchy is my perference, and then I add in 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder to a single packet of apple cin. low sugar oatmeal, then I add the least amount of ho****er to dissolve the protein and cook the oatmeal. I like my oatmeal on the thicker side so it's not passing through the band so fast.
