Yesterday was baddddd...Alcohol, fried food. At least I worked out..but still! Back on today.

Early: NF Latte
B: Yogurt w/ LF granola
L: Lean Cuisine w. chicken & spinach
S: Banana
D: Dinner out with my Band girlies. Probably the inside of a taco, burrito or a salad.
W: 45 mins cardio

I had a terrific weekend, but I did not make it to the gym at all.  I bowled in the women's state tourney all weekend.

B:  oatmeal with 1/2 a pure protein bar melted in it
L:  rotisserie chicken on a small salad
S:  wedge of laughing cow and a few wheat thins
D:  grilled tilapia and a side of sliced cucumbers

Tonight is 30 mins of cardio followed by 30 mins with my PT
             "Without change, there'd be no butterflies."

TOM and final paper for grad school class due this week... the drive to snack yesterday was INSANE.  feeling too bloated today to even want to eat.
