Yesterday was baddddd...Alcohol, fried food. At least I worked out..but still! Back on today.

I had a terrific weekend, but I did not make it to the gym at all. I bowled in the women's state tourney all weekend.

L: rotisserie chicken on a small salad
S: wedge of laughing cow and a few wheat thins
D: grilled tilapia and a side of sliced cucumbers
Tonight is 30 mins of cardio followed by 30 mins with my PT
