Yesterday I tried to only have two shakes and dinner. Well I was starving at lunch time, but I think I did pretty well, and I think I'll have the same thing today...

E: Coffee w/ cream
B: Protein shake, Vanilla and I added 1Tbsp s/f Torani Butter Rum...NUMMY YUMS!
L: hummus w/ fresh salsa, couple small cubes of watermelon and honeydew
S: smaller protein shake
D: Mango Avacado salad and leftover chicken

Well my eating has sure change a LOT since my recent fill.  I finally have restriction in a good way!!!  I was beginning to wonder if this band thingy really worked.  Happy to say YES it DOES!

Early: Coffee
B: Sugar Free Cinnamon Oatmeal

S: New-Whey 42 Grams Protein Shot  (having trouble getting my 60gms)
D: Chicken Breast in 99% FF Mushroom Soup, Baked Squash & New Potatoes

S:  2 giant strawberries (I bought them at Sam's this weekend.   They are as big as the entire palm of my hand, and surprisingly sweet.)

Starting the PB's diet today!! I am glad to be getting my head back in the game after a couple of week's of eating out with husband. He wanted to get a head start on Mother's Day dinner. He wanted to beat the crowds LOL!!  I started off good but I slowly but surely started making bad choices!!! I started off with one bite won't hurt BUT IT DID!! IT TURNED INTO A HALF A PIECE OF CHEESECAKE (OH IT'S FOR MOTHER'S DAY), SOME FRIED CHICKEN, COOKIES AND HOT CHEETOS WHICH ARE THE WORST FOR ME!!!!!!! I WILL NOT MENTION THE HM MACARONI AND CHEESE AND HM BREAD PUDDING!!  have my great northern beans on and pork neckbones they should be ready for the day PREPARATION!! I feel like I am back in control today!  THANK THE LORD!!
