A Firm pillow. I used the pillow to press against my stomach when getting up or sitting down. I dont think I could have moved without it. Helped alot in the car too and I put it under the seatbelt.

How about Isopure protein drinks? They are a fruity, punch like drink. I know they have the big bottles at GNC, but now I see they have small 6packs at my Rite Aid.

Walk, Walk, Walk.

Good Luck!

A good pair of slip on walking shoes!  You will need to walk, walk, walk and it is great to not have to bend over to tie your shoes.   Big strechy pj bottoms  you will not want anything tight around your waist!

Good luck on your surgery, May everything be smooth & easy!

I think the vitamin water is fine. I drank Propel and that was on my "approved list".  I can't imagine they are that different.

I know your getting nervous, it's totally normal but you are about to start an amazing journey so try to focus on the excitement.  The food phases are tough, so don't let that bring you down and come here for support and love.  We've all been there.  :)

You will do great!!!!

It's okay...take a deep breath...we are all here for you and we have all felt the same way!!

I LOVED my heating pad...so, if you have one....great!! If not, I would purchase one...it really helped with some of the muscle soreness and with some of the gas!

Other than that...I would just make sure you have comfy clothing, and a pillow to put over your stomach when you cough/sneeze.

Every day is a journey....and you will get better/stronger/thinner each day!!

Count down until GREATNESS!!

You can do this!!

Connie

If you PM me, I will give you my phone number if you need to call anyone and just "talk"....

Everything happens for a reason so, I am taking it a step at a time. I can do it!

Looks like they got everything right.  I did a lot of crystal light.  :) So you might pick some of those packets up for bottles.  I just throw one in a cup and stir it up.  Good luck!!

A foot stool, ottman and a recliner.  It was hard for me to get comfortable without having my feet up while I was resting and/or trying to sleep.  Good luck.

Red....we are having surgery on the same day ! I am stocking up too.LOL  I love vitamin water .It should be fine since it is sugar and calorie free. Did you get liquid tylenol? I may need to get some of that I only have pills. If I can make it with that I would rather not take the narcotic stuff any longer than needed.Great post!
Oh and GOOD LUCK  next Monday !!!!

I am right behind you in - 8 days from today.......and I am also a redhead (thanks to L'Oreal).

I am taking notes from your post and everyone else *****plied to you.  Good stuff.  One thing I've got on my list that I don't think I saw was liquid Gravol (pediatric - double dose for adults).  I don't know about you, but I get nauseated with the anesthesia.

Good luck!
