B: 1 half of a sandwich thin wth 1 slice of crispy bacon

D: Fixing Chili Dogs for DH...I'll see how the turkey dog goes down mixed with a little turkey chili. If dog is a no no then I'll be eating just turkey chili !

S: Blueberry Greek Yogurt if need

I have been craving pizza ever since you mentioned it last week. I think I need to pick up some WW tortillas and some veggies to go on top!

Breakfast: cherrios, sk milk, 1/2 banana
Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast and brocolli & cheese on the side, few slices of tomatoes

Dinner: 1/2 subway - some fruit

Snack: yogurt if needed

Water water water
Heading to the gym not sure if I'm taking a class or just working out.
Most likely Zumba or treadmill.
