B: 1 half of a sandwich thin wth 1 slice of crispy bacon

D: Fixing Chili Dogs for DH...I'll see how the turkey dog goes down mixed with a little turkey chili. If dog is a no no then I'll be eating just turkey chili !
S: Blueberry Greek Yogurt if need

Heading to the gym not sure if I'm taking a class or just working out.
Most likely Zumba or treadmill.
