S: Iced decaf coffee with Unjury protein powder
L: Chicken and brown rice
S: 2 Wheat thins flatbreads w/1 wedge Laughing Cow
D: Blue cheese burger (no roll, obviously!) and salad
S: Dannon light n fit yogurt

Re: trampoline

A few years ago when I was probably around 250 lb. I went on a trampoline at a friends house. My nephew was there, about 5 or 6 at the time - he's bent over looking under the trampoline and then says 'WOW - look how low it goes when Auntie jumps!!!!!!!

Tonight is an hour with my trainer.  Should be 30 mins of cardio followed by band and ball exercises.
