I pulled out my Tony Little stepper last night and boy do my thighs hurt!  Going to walk today.

Dr talked me into a fill yesterday and wants me on liquids for 2 days then mushies. So...

E: Coffee w/ cream
B: Special K shake, strawberry. Really good. never tried those.
S: now Im sipping more coffee.
L: Gladiator protein shake
D: Carnation no Sugar Added blended w/ half banana and tsp peanut butter

D - Going to Legal Seafood, will have some fish, yum!

No gym for me today - busy looking at condos!
