 I'm going to try doing liquids/mushies today. My band is not liking me from my Sunday and Monday debacle!

I'll see how it goes. 

Already went for a walk/jog this morning.  need a shower now.

UPDATE
L: 3 pieces of a TJ California roll with brown rice, couple bites of chicken salad, everything pretzel thins dipped in TJ hummus, handful of olive oil popcorn

TIP: Don't go to Trader Joe's hungry... you buy a little of everything and then want to taste it all IMMEDIATELY

Hello all,

B - Special K protein shake
L - cup of 98% ff clam chowder; crackers;
tried a little guacomole on chips that they were serving - LOVE guac!!!
S - handful of yogurt raisins and a banana - pre work out
D - hubby is cooking tonight so probably pizza!!
W - Step and Pump Class tonight - The new Step Launch is a tough one!!!
