B - Special K protein shake
L - cup of 98% ff clam chowder; crackers;
tried a little guacomole on chips that they were serving - LOVE guac!!!
S - handful of yogurt raisins and a banana - pre work out
D - hubby is cooking tonight so probably pizza!!
W - Step and Pump Class tonight - The new Step Launch is a tough one!!!
