What Are We Eating This Wednesday?
WOOHOO I have a plan today
E; coffee
B: oatmeal with protein and peanut butter
L: 3 pieces of california roll with brown rice and chicken salad
S: hummus and pita chips
D: grilled chicken with asparagus
S: glass of milk (I've barely had any milk since being banded, need to do better on this)
Basketball with the DH and brother and Rocking Stepper (shooting for 10 minutes on that contraption, my legs still kill from 2 days ago!)
WATER WATER WATER... I do good all day then get home and don't drink another drop

L: FF Refried Beans with a little light mozzerella cheese.
S:LF String Cheese?
D: Roasted Cod w/ herbs and a fruit or veggie I have to purchase still
S: 2 SF popsicles
W: Wii Fit Plus Yoga, Strength and Boxing
I have no restriction and I'm starting to get hungry so I'm snacking carefully with the intent of not suffering. Seems to be working into my calories. :)

They just recently added it to the night time line up of classes. I took it on Saturday for a specialty and did it once during a launch. Talk about the most relaxing thing I ever do for myself plus my muscles were very sore so I know I am getting an awesome work out. Hopefully your gym will add it some day.
