My scale lies to me... it bounces around up and down all the time... YOU CAN'T LET IT GET TO YOU... you have to look at the long term stuff.. sometimes week over week and sometimes month over month.
During a given week my scale will tell me all kinds of things, I think it's actually possesed. Dropping to such low liquid calories can cause your body to do a bit a shock... it can bounce down, then up ... it's psycho and frustrating. Our body is in a constant state of digestion and processing and holding on to water and letting it go and every little thing can change it.
I get on the scale frequently (sometimes too frequently) but I tend to look at month over month. If I let every up and down get to me I'd probably need to be committed to a mental institution.

I agree with Gayla. Just wanted to add it could be the scale too. Not all scales are created equal. Just keep pushing water!!! :D I know it's hard not to get down but when I have these moments I think of the long term goal and where I'll be in a year or at Christmas. That helps me because we'd go nutso if we paid attention to the scales every whim. :)
