What Are We Eating This Wednesday?
E: coffee
B: oatmeal with protein and peanut butter
L:? Showing on the house so I have to go back and forth to get dog out and put him back, so likely something from a drive thru, *sigh*
D: Something with smoked chicken, it was too good to go to waste.
My back is feeling better today (thanks to chiropractor) but I need another day of taking it easy. So likely no more activity than running errands. DH has a boy's weekend fishing trip and I'm running all over getting the stuff he needs... how is that fair?

Im up to 272 lbs This morning.

Anyway...
E: Coffee w/ cream
B: Special K drink (these are feeling tight to drink in the am)
L: Salmon Cup w/ mayo and maybe 3-4 crakers
S: Another Special K if I need it
D: DH wants to make pizza...I guess he likes to watch me throw up.
At my 23 week check up for baby, the nurse practitioner told me I was 5 pounds over where she would like me to be weight wise so time to up the protein!
B: Weight and Inches Protein Shake (29 grams of protein)
S: 2 cups Decaf coffee w/ FF vanilla creamer
S: Red seedless grapes
L: Leaf lettuce w/ turkey meat, shredded cheddar, almond slices and O&V dressing, FF activia, strawberries and a cheese stick
S: ??? I ate everything I brought to work today and the only thing here is the EVIL vending machine??? maybe I will run out to grab another decaf coffee
D: NY strip steak, grilled zucchini/squash, grilled tomato slices
W: I did 1.75 miles on the treadmill in 30 minutes! My walking speed has increased from 2.0 to 3.2 mph. Got heartrate up to 120 today (well below the limit of 140 for me during pregnancy) I MISS RUNNING MY 3 MILES A DAY!
