Tonight is 60 mins of cardio.

I've seen you write oatmeal w/ peanut butter before and boy does that sound yummy...do you just put a bit of peanut butter in your oatmeal and mix it in or what?

Yes.

I make my oatmeal w/skim milk and you just put 1 tablespoon  of PB after its cooked..... I use less closer to 1/2 of tablespoon of Natural Jiff into mine and 1 splenda. YUM

I do 1 packet of low sugar apple cinnamon or trader joe's apple cinnamon, 1 tbsp trader joes no sugar added PB (sometimes I do the flaxseed one) and 1 scoop of designer vanilla whey protein and I use as little ho****er as possible to keep it thick, it's more like peanut butter oatmeal cookie dough texture when I get it right, so it sits in the band longer

MMmmm that sounds really good!  i also like my oatmeal really thick.

Thursday's Meal Plan...

Early: Coffee with Cream

Breakfast: Chocolate cupcake (I slipped up for a minute, but it's not going to ruin the rest of my day!)

Lunch: Homemade Black Bean Soup (I FINALLY used some cans of black beans that were in the pantry!! I'm so excited about this. LOL)

Snack: ZONE Perfect bar

Dinner:  Baked salmon and steamed broccoli

GYM tonight - 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes strength training.

Hi everyone,
I've been away from the boards for a while. I've been super busy and honestly haven't had the time for anything.--its been crazy!

B:  scrambled egg with low fat cheese

L:  grilled chicken
S: sugar free jello
D:  not sure yet, but most likely grilled chicken or pork with veggies.

Hope everyone is having a good week so far. Tomorrow is Friday--woo hoo!!
