D: brisket meat with steamed edamame

Thursday's Meal Plan...
Early: Coffee with Cream
Breakfast: Chocolate cupcake (I slipped up for a minute, but it's not going to ruin the rest of my day!)
Lunch: Homemade Black Bean Soup (I FINALLY used some cans of black beans that were in the pantry!! I'm so excited about this. LOL)
Snack: ZONE Perfect bar
Dinner: Baked salmon and steamed broccoli
GYM tonight - 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes strength training.
Coffee w/creamer
B 1/2 cup oatmeal
L homemade chili with cheese
string cheese, sugar free pudding
D meatballs with marinara sauce

I've been away from the boards for a while. I've been super busy and honestly haven't had the time for anything.--its been crazy!
B: scrambled egg with low fat cheese
L: grilled chicken
S: sugar free jello
D: not sure yet, but most likely grilled chicken or pork with veggies.
