Plateau Busters Diet check in

I don't find the food a problem, but the exercising. I'm always thinking, it's Mothers Day, it's Friday, I had a bad day, etc, I can take a break, but luckily I don't, I know that once I don't do it for one day, it will start adding to more days missed. But I am hoping it will get easier and I will "just do it" without forcing myself.

4 bottles of water
decaf s/f coffee
B 1 egg, bacon, 1/2 slice whole grain toast
L; cheeseburger pie, (finally, the last of it)
D: white chicken chili with spinach
S: carb control yogurt
l/f string cheese
apple with natural peanut butter

2 mile jog/walk

I have issues with the excericing too!  Same excuses and or no time! I am hoping the same!!
Yesterday:

5 bottles of water
B: L/F String Cheese
L: 5 oz meatloaf and 1/2 green beans

S; Peanuts (I was starving and no snacks around accept what was in the vending machine!)
D: Jalapeno Popper Chicken; small spinach salad

No excercise, had to run to town to do errands (35 miles away). Today I will
