I find the easiest way is to upload them to MY OH Photos ... once you have it there, on the bottom right side of the screen it gives you the html links to have the photos automatically appear in your post. If people can access OH then they can see OH pictures, whereas if you link them from say Facebook, I can't see Facebook at work and any links to Facebook are blocked.
