Early: NF Latte
B: Scrambled eggs w/ bacon
L: Tuna salad w. LF wheat thins
D: Hot Dog night at my house..I'll have one, no bun.
W: 50 mins elliptical

Start/293lbs   Current/189lbs  Goal/160lbs

a bit hungover today.... girls night last night... 3 bottles of wine later...   OY.  WATER WATER WATER today!!!

Early:  sippin coffee now.

Breakfast:  I just ate 1/2 of a McDonalds sausage biscuit

Lunch:  Panera tomato soup with whole grain baguette

snack:  Kashi granola and light vanilla yogurt (if needed)

Dinner:  Havent thought that far yet..

 

GYM:  I managed to bring my gym clothes to work today.   40 minutes cardio, 20 minutes weight traning, ab work

Another day at 800 cals... but the scale has dropped 1 pound this week so far!  WOOT!!  Just need that metabolism to get going!

E: coffee (a double)
B: Pure Protein Smores bar
L: Trader Joe's tuna salad, wedge of laughing cow, cucumber slices
S: Trader Joe's hummus and pretzel thins
D: lamb pita with taziki sauce

I hit my lowest post op weight ever this morning. 206.4 I need to keep focused because sometimes I sorta get lenient with my eating when I've been losing regularly. :)

B: Protein Coffee
L: Strawberry Greek yogurt
D: Pork steak, maybe a little stuffing (it's my weakness so I might just skip it all together), sauteed zuc& yellow squash

S: I don't think I'll need any. I'm working on avoiding the leftover cake from last night's bible study. I let my boys eat a slice for breakfast. LOL

Water, Water, Water.
