What Are We Eating This Thursday?
a bit hungover today.... girls night last night... 3 bottles of wine later... OY. WATER WATER WATER today!!!
Early: sippin coffee now.
Breakfast: I just ate 1/2 of a McDonalds sausage biscuit
Lunch: Panera tomato soup with whole grain baguette
snack: Kashi granola and light vanilla yogurt (if needed)
Dinner: Havent thought that far yet..
GYM: I managed to bring my gym clothes to work today. 40 minutes cardio, 20 minutes weight traning, ab work
E: coffee (a double)
B: Pure Protein Smores bar
L: Trader Joe's tuna salad, wedge of laughing cow, cucumber slices
S: Trader Joe's hummus and pretzel thins
D: lamb pita with taziki sauce
B protein shake=1 diabetic yogurt, 1 scoop whey chocolate powder, 1/2 bananna, skim milk
string cheese
L protein shake=1 diabetic yogurt, 1 scoop whey chocolate powder, 1/2 bananna, skim milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese w cheese and sunflower seeds
D 3 BBq turkey meatballs

L: Strawberry Greek yogurt
D: Pork steak, maybe a little stuffing (it's my weakness so I might just skip it all together), sauteed zuc& yellow squash
S: I don't think I'll need any. I'm working on avoiding the leftover cake from last night's bible study. I let my boys eat a slice for breakfast. LOL
