I think that's great. It shows that with hard work and determination, you can make great strides in weight loss.
ONE OF LIFE'S MYSTERIES IS HOW A TWO-POUND BOX OF CANDY CAN MAKE A PERSON GAIN FIVE POUNDS![]()
Congrats on your success!
That's something my doc stresses even more than aerobic is strength training. Which is good for me because I have a lung disease and aerobic work is pretty much out of the question for me but strength training I can do nice and slow. In fact sometimes slower is better to really isolate particular muscles. Good work!

I was going to ask how often you did what because I've always been told that you aren't supposed to do weights 2 days in a row but I see that you have it broken up so you are working different muscles on the 4 days you do strength training. Then on your off days you do Cardio or Yoga....do you also do cardio on your strenght training days?
I recently changed up my routine - I started gaining some weight which my trainer wanted me to but I didn't - i hate seeing the scale over 155 so I am now doing 25 min moderate card (elliptical) e.g. heart rate between 125-145 5x week. If I do a hour class I will eliminate one card session - but yes, I do the cardio 3x week after strength training (take amino acids in between) then one of my days off I do an hour kickboxing.
Now I also do 3 days strength 1 day off 2 days strength 1 day off. I will post my new routine later today - im off to the gym now for Kick Boxing!
