On my way!!!!

So met with my surgeon and have been approved to proceed!!  I must now loose 11 pounds and meet with a the Nut. Psy. and letter from PCP all done. So yeah... on my way!!

wow, thats it? good for you! im jealous... for me i have to

     attend 2 lap band support groups hosted by my surgeons/nursing coordinator
     see my pcp for 6 months
     a pyschologist (clean bill of mental health -- my parents disagree lol)
     a nutritionist
     a cardiologist
     a gastroenterologist
     a pulmonolgist
     see my nursing coordinator for 6 months as well 
     and the list goes on... 1/2 way there tho!
