Everytime I eat I have a bad taste in my mouth lke charchoal or something.

Could you be in ketosis? That will cause weird tastes and smells in your mouth ?

I have been having carbs. Mostly beans. Lack of carbs causes ketosis right?

Yes usually a low carb diet will cause it .I slip into it occcasionally still and I eat beans :)
