Lap Band Slippage

 Last week, I learned that my lapband had slippage.. On Monday I was put into the hospital to have emergency surgery Monday night to fix the lapband slippage. I came home from the hospital on Tuesday afternoon. Today I am a little sore, but bareable. I was wondering what kind of diet should I follow now that I just had my lapband fixed?

You don't say what they did to 'fix' it -- I have not seen any type of surgery (except removal) to fix a slip.

Most surgeons empty the band -- and give it several weeks to see if the slip will resolve itself without surgery.

You need to call your surgeon and ask them how they want you to eat ---- I can't believe that you were discharged from the hospital without clear instructions.  I would call immediately -- and stay on clear liquids until I got some answers.
