VSG on 03/25/16

It seems like yesterday I started my journey. Then reality struck I turn three years banded in one hour here are my picks and story. I tipped the scale at 258 when Istarted

January 21,2009 I was Banded, I started working hard and the weight started comming off

I was feeling great losing 90 lbs till my unfill and 20 pound gain

Just wanted to thank my OH friends for all the support and advice

here is to many more years of friendship
