for the last couple of weeks i have been searching for a chewable calcium citrate. how are you ladies getting your calcium in? i know jamieson makes a chewable but it is a blend of both citrate and carbonate, plus a couple other forms. also where are you finding your multi vitamins? are they chewable? what brand? ive learned of all kinds of american supplements by lurking on the rny forum and from you tube videos. i recently ordered bariatric advantage chewy bites calcium. for a 2 month supply it was 70, plus 30 shipping plus another stinkin 20 for duty . they are very yummy, but tooooooo exspensive. i also want to test out the calcets creamy bites. i hear they are a nice treat, and help curve the candy craving. fyi- the raspberyy bariatric advantage calcium chews taste like a starburst, and i really like the carmel ones, but my hubby didnt. and what about omega 3's? i understand that we malabsorb fats, so is there any point in taking my omeaga 3's after surgery?
hope you are all enjoying this festive time of year, i have a 4 year old, and its the 1st christmas that she really gets it. so i am having a blast!

ive been under the impression thaty the carbonate simply wont work for us, but am i mistaken, is carbonate working for some of you?

Hi there I buy mine in liquid form from costco.  It tastes like orange, it is easily taken mixed with shakes.

I use the Jamieson chewables and centrum silver 50+ chewable vitamins. I try to take 2-3 of the calcium per day and 1 of the multi. I also take a vit B12 sublingual every second day when I remember. I got labs done at 10 months and they are all within normal levels.
