ok no bragging here but u girls wanted me to do 2000 mins..well after this snow storm this morning and digging my bus out. I have made it..hope the rest of you are moving and losing..

that is awesome, you go girl. I need your motivation. I've signed up for the MS walk with stephanie, now I have to start trainning, it is 5 miles. not bad, but with my arthritis, its more then I've done in many years. congratulations,

Where are you going to be walking for the MS walk? My sister has MS and I've been working at the walk for many years now with my whole family my dad also had lap band. It would be nice to meet you there! I will be at the Lewiston Walk in April. Linda

HI LInda, I will be walking in Lewiston on April 12, where do you usually work? I will be walking with "Social Learning Center"/Tri county Mental Health. I'm a little scared, I walk 3 miles now, but when I'm done, I'm usually limping caus my ANkles are killing me. I hope to get them into shape. I don't want to slow the other down in my group, they are fast walkers. HOpe to see you there, I'll be with Stephanie, who is also on this site. take care, cheryl

Yes Cheryl I have been working there for many years. My mom and I do the breakfast table in the mornings where the coffee, donuts, bananas, oranges and many other donated foods are. My sister's team name is Walking for Hope my dad is usually the one with the mic doing all the talking. Is this your first time there? My son and husband will do the walk and then they help out and volunteer. It is not too far away Hope to see you there :) you will have to come and say hi to me there are a lot of people who come. absolutely, I'll stop in. I'm so happy to have you here, having had the Lap Band, so many here have had RNY. They are all wonderful, and supportive, and I appreciate every one of these girls, but I'm glad to have a few to share notes, incase I have issues or questions. Although, they really are similar in many ways, except for a few things, see you around... cheryl
