Terri, Our NUT said one of the things to stay away from is the WW, Lean Cuisines type of prepared food BECAUSE of the huge amount of sodium in each of them.  So, again, beginning to pay attention is what is important. Your own NUT will tell you what YOU need to do, as we know from this board everyone is different. Glad it hit a note for you. Me too! K

By the way...I just love how everyone calls their nutritionist just "nut." It seems completely appropriate, for some of them huh?

I have very little sodium in my diet I maybe get 600 a day. When I had my blood pressure problems I had to really watch the sodium intake. I suppose it stuck cause I won't have anything with more than 250 a serving now. They will probably increase it on me now but with all the fluid retention I had. I really don't want to go back to that. OMG I could put a dent in my let  the size of a big grape and it would stay there for 10 15 minutes. ewwwww. I am not retaining at all anymore YAY!!!!
