What a beautiful foggy morning :-)

So you want to know why I am so Happy on a dreary morning.That would be because of my regular old bathroom scales.They said this morning that I have lost a grand total of Are you ready???? 70 pounds from my initial consult Sept 2nd '07. 70 pounds in 7 months. 50 more to go you think I can do it??? I know I can. OK I am done. 3 more and I will be under that stubborn weight I have not been under in 11 years. Almost at 170 I can't believe it . I think I will have to hug Dr Loggins the next time I see him. Big hugs all{{{{{}}}}}

wow. that's a lot. that's 10 pounds a month! holy crap. i hope i can do that. yeah, give dr. loggins a big hug. he's a cutie.

oh, you WILL lose 50 more. you're doing great!

Kathy, That is great.  You are doing such a wonderful job.  Keep it up!  Seeing that scale move can make any dreary day a bright sunny one.

Holy Cow Kathy that is unreal... I"d be happy if it was snowing, and we all know how I feel about snow.... great Job...
