UpDates?????!!!!

Hey there everyone!! I know that I haven't been on here for a while-- and I am soo disappointed with myself for that.. Life gets in the way I guess... So, I thought that it would be really cool for us all to give eachother updates on what's going on in our lives... Lets see.. Where to start!! I am currently 8 months out from surgery with 116lbs down and from a size 24 to a 10/11! I am currently at a plateau- but I think that it's because I am working out more intensly with weights and such.. I am pretty okay with the scale number now it's just toning and stuff. I am the Varsity Softball Coach at Poland High School, and I LOVE IT!!! The last 3 years I was the JV coach, and this year the prior Varsity Coach left, and I got the position.. They even intervied other canidates and I still got it.. I found out that I got accepted into Nursing School here at Central Maine Medical Center- so I am going to be able to start my clinicals in September... -- I guess there were over 380 applicants and they only accepted like 60! And I was one of them! So, I am very excited about that.. I spoke at the Pre-Op meeting tonight and it was a blast. I was able to share my story with people in all walks of life, and it was great. I know that I especially helped a couple people that were there, and I had all I could do not to get emotional when I was up front.. So- If any of you were there, I hope that you enjoyed it! Let's see.... I am not sure that there is anything else going on.. Hmmm..... I can't wait to hear about everyone elses updates, and how life is treatin you in general!! Tarka

YOu are just glowing!!! What an inspiration to all! and look at all the great things happening to you, ( I attend church with Shannon the clinical teacher of the nursing program at CMMC and my aunt SUE is the secretary for the school.. you'll love her too..)YES they say the list is miles long.. She is awesome teacher too.. young and full of life like you..You have been one of the chosen HOW exciting!!! I can feel your energy in your posts! and its truly inspiring! YOur beauty inside and out is overflowing and you will inspire those teens at school, your high energy and positive attitude is what the world needs more of! thanks for sharing all the goodness going on! Wow, what a fantastic job you are doing!!! Everyone was so excited to know you were going to be on pre-p support group last night! I hadn't heard of you before this. Your energy bubbles off the page and I bet you were an amazing inspiration for people!! I read your blog the last couple of entries and it seems your beauty on the inside matches your outside now.
