avatar?

i was updating my photo's and thought i should change my avatar. in the process i've lost my other picture and the pictures i have are too big. how do i shrink them without distorting them? i have my 1 month and 2 month photo added. i want to use my 2 month photo so if anyone has any idea go ahead and change the photo or tell me how to do it.

You can go to photobucket and resize pictures there. There are other websites too...or if you have a photo editing program on your computer, you can resize it there...save it for email or web  100x100  I think is the size, but I'm not sure!  Good luck!
