You won't believe what I just did!
I went for my walk and decided to try the couch to 5k program (it builds you up to being able to run a 5k in 9 weeks!) I DID it! 6 one minute jogs! (Granted, my jogging is like a "normal " person's fast walking...but it was WORK for me!!! haha!!!!!) WOW....and it didn't kill me! I ended up walking 4.5 miles! I'll let you know how my knees, ankles and hips hold out later today!!!! honks everyone!!!!!!!! Ruth
show off !!!! j/k that is awsome, I now what you mean, by your knees, ankles and hips, it must be the same for everyone. sometimes at night I can't get off my chair without a push, haha... that is awesome Ruth, next year you can try out for the olympics??? I"ll be there cheering you on and passing you the water cups...ok???
ohhh, lucky you, I can't wait to get into my drawer full of new summer clothes. I can zip them all, just can't breath in them... I have a house full today, my Son and his girlfriend, my dgt and her fiance and his dgt. rainny out tho, yak!!! I"ll be cooking my first BBQ since WLS, will be tough I'm sure. but two more day's and i'm ready for all foods, can't wait. have fun Ruth....
