Well I had my pre admission appt...gained 2 lbs...but no one said anything..Thank god!! I started my pre op diet...Im hungry a lot of the time..but trying to realize there are worse things in life, and it will pass. So happy to see everyone doing well!! Melissa

Melissa, wishing your the best of luck, I know it will be tough. What does your diet consist of? liquids? calories? it will be over before you know, can you ea****ermellon, that is all we've been eating with this heat. keep in touch.... hugs Cheryl

it will go by quickly. hang in there. just think of all the weight you will lose prior to surgery. you're almost to the other side! good luck. you'll be glad you did this for yourself!
