Caribou and Bangor support group!!!

Terri  made it  thru the whole support group and walked back to her room.   Wiow  she is such a nice person and has a wonderful smile.  She  was all ready to go to support group when i got there.   I wish i had more time to visit but had to get some things for the school bus tomorrow so didnt vist long but she is in great spirits ,  has a wonderful attitude  and is a real  joy to meet Moodyblueeyes and Mainegal and her husband were there too.   I  is so nice to put faces and meet  people.    Hope all is well with everyone.   I just got done  my  two pieces of  turkey breast and a milk  almost time for bed.  Have  a great eveing  all.!!!!

It's SOOO COOL you get to meet all these wonderful people!  Glad to hear Terri is doing so well!   Are any of you going to make it to the summer gathering?  I'd love to meet you ALL!!!!!!!!   hugs and honks!  Ruth

As long as I am feeling fine after my surgery, I am planning on coming to the summer gathering. I might want to hook up with someone so I don't have to drive all that way alone though.

You are right Patty. Terri does have a wonderful smile. And I could not believe how well she is doing so soon. Amazing! As always, it was great to see you once again and nice to meet MaineGal too!

Hi  Not sure if i will get to the summer gathering  as that is my   anniversary   but  still not sure. We usually go  camping  and gold hunting that weekend  which is just before  school starts  so i am not sure yet.   If we  are home  and  not going away I will be there. Have a great day all!!!!

I'm back home. Arrived in Rockland at 4PM, torched for awhile and at 8 we are at the house.
It was wonderful to meet you all at support group. I was so glad my friend Sue came. She is my support Angel.

DH and I had a great overnight in Bangor. Visited over dinner with Sue, and 2 other ladies we flamework with (making glass beads on a torch). We could have talked all night.
We stayed overnight and had our initial consult with Dr. Toder. Now for insurance approval and surgery dates. When Dr. Toder asked when we wanted surgery I told her if she told me in 3 weeks- I'd take it. Yes, I know it's at least 6-8 weeks away. I was pleasantly surprised that I had lost 6 pounds Darn my home scales- aren't accurate at all. They said I was the same. I was a bit concerned when one lady at group said she had gained and had to have another surgeon visit before getting the go-ahead.
