Just got a letter from Dr L's office I need to double my iron intakeand have my blood checked again in 3 months. I am going to get so plugged up owooo its bad enough now. Maybe once my levels come back up though I can ease up on the iron?  So I need to be adding iron rich foods to my diet. Well Calcium and Iron battle each other and I need to add more calcium and vit D foods as well. Hmmmm which do I concentrate on or try to do both?  I am thinking the Iron needs to be delt with first just for my energy levels What ya all think?

WOW!  At least you know why you have no energy!!  I'd go with the iron first, try to get one in at breakfast, then, maybe calcium at lunch and supper, then iron again at bedtime?  If you space them out enough, it shouldn't affect the absorption too much, I would think.  Good luck working out a schedule for all that!!  YIKES!  is right!!  Hope your energy level starts picking up soon!!!!!!  Keep us posted!!!!!!!!!!   Ruth

Thanks guys I am sure I will manage. I just found a high potency Iron with vit c. Gonna call and ask about that tomorrow it is way more then they said but I think it will work better. Vit C helps with the absorption of Iron.
