Could it be just stress? I know that usually this time of year I can be up to two weeks late and I think nothing of it just the change in weather is what does it for me. If you are concerned call your surgeon or PCP. Possably changing your diet could have had an effect on your cycle as well. I would at least call my pcp to put my mind at ease if I were you and then just relax. Hope you get some answers soon.

Before my surgery my periods were all out of whack.  Now that I have lost the weight, I don't skip. Except for August, I had a period for 21 days.  My gyno put me on progestrin (sp?) It is reg now.

I'd check with your PCP too!  It could be the weight loss or time of year or hormones out of whack or the FULL MOON???  I'd check!  Keep us posted!  Ruth

Well.....I did.....but I suspect it isn't for the same reason....I was going through menopause as well.

I do agree with another poster - back in the day....stress would make me skip periods all the time. It is however a good idea to get these things checked out if it is not normal for you.
