lunch yuck

i had a piece for rye bread and  a piece of   turkey but was reading email  and not paying attention and ate it too fast and now i have a big lump in my   pouch that is very uncomfortible  let alone cant  get the rest of the  sandwich down.

i hate it when i do that.

oh well  i will wait it out and hope it moves soon

Ugh that hurts.  I still can't have bread, unless it is toasted or in the form of a wrap.

ouch....and yum......I've only had 1 sandwich since surgery, and did that ever tast e good. Think I'll have to get the ingredients this weekend for some when I go shopping.
