I'm so excited.  He has been visiting the potty off and on for a while now but he would just laugh and play around so I let it go for a while. Well today I decided that he was going to do because I'm sick of buying diapers...lol.  We started off this morning around 9 or so and I just took out all the pairs of undies he had in his drawer plus the plastic covers and put a pair on him.  Well that only lasted for about 15 minutes before he peed on the floor.  Well I had him go in and sit and kept reminding him to use the potty.  He ended up taking a nap at 10:30 this morning and slept til 1:00.  Wiped him out I guess...lol.  He got up and wanted undies back on so I put them on, didn't pee.  We had to go out to get my other son of the bus from school so I slipped a diaper on under the undies and told him not to pee in his big boy pants.  He stayed dry the entire time we were outside 30 mins or so.  We came back in and he wanted everything off except for his underwear.  He went on the toilet but nothing still but didn't have any accidents either.  FINALLY about an hour later he starts yelling PEE PEE PEE and I start running with him into the bathroom, he sits and sure enough he went.  He was so excited that he did it we all had to clap!  So all afternoon he has been visiting the potty and going; no accidents! I'm estatic I hope he continues with this success.

WOW  that is wonderful  Shelly   Keeping my fingers crossed for ya  that he continues.
I loved it when my boys got  potty trained.  My youngest  pee trained  easily  it was his poop that was the struggle  he would run and and hide and wouldnt use the potty for  about  6 months.
Finally  he  got contipated and  had to wear it in the diaper till i  he told me   and decided it hurt to much he was gonna try the potty    I was so glad when that happend. lol

have  a great saturday

Well we have started on it again this morning.  He is doing alright but starts peeing in his undies before he gets on the  potty.  It is still a new learning process and I'm not giving up!  My oldest son was about 2 1/2 when he was potty trained.  He had no interest until I caught him coming out of the tub one night and he was going to pee on the floor I raced him back in the bathroom and he successfully peed on the toilet.  He was completely trained after that moment.  I've had it pretty easy thus far with that I guess. I can't complain.
