HI everyone! Where has the time gone?? Warp speed! Just checking in, Busy season is nuts right now, and probally wont be back here again   this year, see in the country sampler page 200 this issue., so wanted to say HI and Blessings to all of you, What a spectacular year I am having,  I am counting my blessings and counting each one of YOu! We are  learning Body Jam  for the new year..will post hilarious video later on... so you think you can dance haaaaaaaa, I KNOW I CANT..gave up on my  zumba, dreams for this year My hips wont move only my head and feet, picture that scarey, MY youngest is in training right now for a Body Jam fitness instructor   ( HIP hop, its a blast)OH yeah God is soo good, extreme fun, family dancing  all together..  you can visit my About us page and see a bit more of my life..

I'm soo Thankful this year, I can eat turkey too.. wooooooooooooo  I didnt get any last year, liquid diet.. through the holidays..
