I'm in total AWE !!

I know I was told by my surgeon about all the "good things" that "could" and "might" happen...BUT to see them actually happening...WOW !!

Wish I would have gotten this "tool" for my "tool box" a long, long time ago !!

I am (literally) watching my blood sugar #'s drop every single day...and I'm loving it !!
Haven't had any BP medication since Nov. 3rd and no diabetic meds since Nov. 5th !! And I feel great !! This is SO amazing !!

Anyway ~ Just had to share ~ Have a great day everyone !!

I know!!! I tell people this is MY personal miracle...it isn't for everyone but for me...yup...a miracle. So happy for the new healthier YOU!!! The weight is a bonus!!

just doesn't seem real until it happens to you. it is a great feeling and i also wish i had done this years ago. great job and keep it up. it gets better every day.
