Miss you all....had a few minutes to say hi and catch up...work is busy as ever...

I miss you all.....all is well with me..a little ulcer issues...on some meds....

I am down to 255!!! I cant believe it!! I feel so good physically. Not having any temptations....I am trying new things like salad, and oatmeal, and most things except meat..that doesnt go down so good....

How are all of you!?!?! I see Debbie just had surgery....
