OMgosh....I just weighed in and lost almost two pounds this week.  This is the first time in my life that I have not gained a bunch of weight, much less lost weight at Christmas time.  I think it was because I finally had some reprive from the stress I've endured over the last month and a half and was able to eat.  Anyway, hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy and safe New Year!!!! Good for you! Isn't it a GREAT feeling?

I've been watching the Saturday news with talk about new years resolutions after gaining weight over the holidays. This is the first time in history I have lost weight over the Nov- Dec  holidays!  I feel good about myself and didn't miss the holiday foods either. I enjoyed Christmas for the right reasons, not the food.

I love my RNY.

I'm in complete and total denial and haven't stepped on the scales. Although I didn't pig out - I am totally bloated from carbs and sodiumand know I've put on a couple of pounds.
