1000 min challenge

Good Morning All,  I just wanted to pop in and say I didn't exercise yesterday, had too much going in the day and by the time I returned home I was pooped and that was the last thing on my mind.  Which I think was a good idea, my legs have been cramping and back sore all day.  I think that was the first time I was sore from walking so much. that 60 mins from Friday kicked my ass.  Good, that is what I needed.  so today, as you all know is football day for DH so I have some me time.  My goal for today:  40 mins of walking & gazelle (I dont get as much from the gazelle but it is good for my flexibility and Ass) and God knows we need work there , I have some special company coming over tomorrow, so I need to do some cleaning.  My neice from PA, and my mom (who don't drive) are coming over with my sister to come visit my new addition for the first time.  I'm so excited.  so, i'm stripping beds, vacuming, cleaning toilets, laundry. bringing in some wood.  oh, and did I mention my DH is driving me nuts again?  I'm ready to take his cane and shove it where the sun don't shine.  OMG...  so all you 1000 min. Challengers up to exercising today?  Have a great day.   Cheryl

DD and I spent the day shopping at the outlets in Kittery and the Mall in NH yesterday, so i'm counting that as my walking for yesterday!  haha

Today...off to Wally world with the boys then back here to do some Wii fit and maybe some on the treadmill.  We'll see how it goes!

Good for you Cheryl!  You are doing great!  Butt, leg and back soreness is a GOOD thing? Right?

soreness good yes, I can feel that is muscle.  although my back has been hurting cause of the way my DH is sleeping, making me sleep in a different postition.  funny how little things like that can affect us.

Trying to alternate the 3 tapes I have, Walk away the Pounds, Tae Bo  and Pilates, and that is working, did all 3 first 3 days of the new year, 50 minutes each, nothing this am, woke up to no propane, and my grandson was here overnight and have a sick husband...arrggh..so if the wind dies down I will try to get the heck out of here and walk the hill 3 miles or 4 if I am really pissed!! LOL Had the gas guy here for like 2 hours and he redtagged my family room heater cause he couldn't get it going, great!!!
Phew, got the GS down for a nap now I can think about a shake, did get on the scale and have lost another pound, the exercise really works, huh, who knew...hahahathat's how I feel this am, howp everyone is well....brrrrrr
