Ruth?
Uhhmmm...not a bunch of new information....sorry!
She said my food log looked pretty good, nutrition-wise. She thought I should increase my calories by about 100 or so and that I should eat more complex carbs in the evening to get me through the night. She said that if the low blood sugars continue, I should call my PCP back and see if she wants to do more work up. She also said I should carry some of those glucose tablets with me and have some at the house, just in case I need a "quick fix" of sugar.
So, I guess I'll just deal with it for now.
Thanks for asking......

well, I guess you can try what she said, won't hurt to try anyway. Just be careful and keep those tablets close by in the car. funny, that she suggested your PCP, geeee, if this is weight loss and nutritional then I would think it would be Dr. L?? geee who to call??? gets confusing don't it? you take care Ruth, Hugs, Cheryl
