Yup I moved today 30mins on wii ....30 mins on treadmill

Had my job interview today went very well.. think i might have a good chance..we will see.. The good new is I will know TODAY..

My fingers are crossed for you!!  I am going to the gym today at 2pm.

I walked 4 laps at the mall this morning. then went shopping for 2 hours.  (Opps, does that count) hehe... I had foot surgery at 11:00 so wont' be walking for a week or so.  (I just had 5 warts removed, but one of them required removing most of baby toe, oppps, waiting 20 years)

Yup, I went to B-Fit class today (the B stands for Bariatric)  We did a lot of Body Poetry and work with the stability ball.  Def worked up a sweat!

what the hell is "Body Poetry"... do you all fart?

Hold on Barb.....I did Richard again today, plus my wii, and ran to the bathroom a few times!!!  I am 38 today on the wii....not 63 like I was yesterday...it helps when my dog isn't trying to get the tennis balls on the tv when I am trying to whack them!! She is a lab and loves balls!!!lol

very good carla keep up the great work.. going to the bathroom really gets u motived.. see what that has done for ya...hehehehe..

thanks, its feeling fine right now, the annoying thing is its bleeding alot and he wrapped it allup between my toes, its driving me nuts. lol  I just had warts removed andpart of my baby toe, it was so big.  I had them for 20 years.

I've been moving all day but nothing to show for it!?!??!  Does pushing 6-2.5 gallon jugs of water around in BJ's count as exercise?    Maybe I'll ride my stationary bike in a while.....I GOTTA do something!  sheesshhh.!
