I got this from a WW meeting a while back. Thought you'd enjoy it.

Prepare            Listen   Smile    Care     Choose Believe             Focus   Relax    Act       Forgive Persist              Pray     Trust    Risk     Change Accept             Wait     Weight Loss success will be yours when you prepare yourself to be thinner, listen to positive messages, smile through challenges, care enough about yourself and success to do whatever it takes to make it happen. Choose to embrace the changes that are occurring, keep your focus on your winning outcomes. Believe in yourself, relax and not expect yourself to be perfect. Act on changes that will further your progress, forgive yourself if necessary. Pray for strength to follow through with your goals. Trust the program, realize that change is exciting. Persist in the face of obstacles, accept that success doesn’t happen overnight. Risk becoming thinner and wait even when it’s the hardest thing to do.
