Thursday! It's ALMOST the weekend!!!

Hope everyone is enjoying this BEAUTIFUL weather!   Kids are all back in school today, so the house will be quiet if I make it home at lunch time!  WOOHOO!!

Whatchya got going on today?

Here's the plan and I'm HOPING I can STICK to it!!!!!!!!!!

B:  2c ff milk, 3 mini-quiches
S:  pb2 on a wasa
L:  fage, blueberries, hi-lo cereal
S:  genisoy crunch protein bar
D:  not sure yet...gotta be high protein though!
S:  only 8

I'm trying to cut back on the carbs and sodium.  Sure hope I can stick to it today!

Didn't get any exercise yesterday unless you count grocery shopping with a cart that pulled heavily to the left!!!  Oyyyy!    Today, I'm hopeful I can get a jog in or some Nordic walking!!

Fluids will be a work in progress all day.
Vitamins are half done!  WOOHOO!!

I way overslept this am, I'm sure because the weather is cooler. But I woke up at 7:28!!!  I am usually at work by then!  LOL  Only exercise I got was taking a walk down main street at lunch and cooking up a storm at home last night. It was the first night I have been home right after work in so long, DH let me have the night off from mowing, yeah!

B: DD wake up wrap
     coffee
S: homemade protein bar (it came out a litte dry, I'll have to play with the recipe next time, or cook less)
L: spinach crustless quiche
S: click shake
D: some shredded chicken added to some chili
S: diet hot cocoa w/whippage

Calories: 1004
Protein: 74 gr

I have to mow again tonight, so no gym AGAIN.  I am so ready for this green crap on the ground to stop growing so I can have my life back.
