Waiting lists

Yikes!! You all are scaring me. I went to a seminar last night regarding the lap band and know one said anything about a waiting list (Augusta Surgical Assoc.). For which appointment are you waiting for? Your first consultation or another kind?

Hi Lisa! I don't know about Augusta Surgical Assoc.. but the wait to see Dr. Cobean from Casco Bay Surgeons, in Southern Maine is about 15 months. That's from the time you call to see him, til they schedule your first appointment - 15 months. The wait from 1st appointment to surgery is about eight weeks, barring insurance problems. This doesn't mean it will take you that long, I guess each place is different. I wish you luck and a speedy journey! Let us know how it goes!

the waiting list For Dr. Clough is 6 months for your first pre op class. Last I knew he had the shortest waiting time in the state. bit he only does open but his partner Dr Todder does lap.
