A while back, at the Bariatric Support Group one of the ladies shared this website with us. Please visit this link. This is from Bariatric Advantage. If you qualify, you might be eligible for 3 months worth of free vitamins! Your doctor does need to fill out the PDF form and mail of to them. What insurance do you have? Call the Henryford.com Health care system and transpher your med recs n go there. for a php. You can call the henryford bariatric department and ask what phps they suggest

I was refered to Great Lakes Plastics. I believe they have centers in both Kalamazoo and Battle Creek. I have not moved forward with my quest for plastics since I am not quite a year out but I do read alot about it at this point. If you find a great surgeon with low pricing please let me know!

Yes mine Dr aaron Blanzy and you would go see my wls. Both docs are great.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

I would be interested in this type of group as well. I have been struggling we re-gain issues as well and am losing hope in myself and the surgery. I know I need to cut back on carbs, but that is easier said than done.

My PCP, Ammar Kanaan, supported me in getting my WLS. He has a sister who had the surgery. I have had several reconstructive surgeries but did not ask for his assistance to get things covered. I self paid. I did not have anything to document. He's in Southgate. 734-282-2020 I think is the clinic's number. Hope this helps.
